Lister Mills is Grade II* Listed mills and warehouses which are being restored into new homes for sale and commercial property to let. Lister Mills will provide 675 new homes in Bradford and 170,000 sq ft of commercial property. Silk Warehouse and Velvet Mill already offer apartments for sale or flats for rent and offices to let.

MSR was responsible for the manufacture & erection of the steelwork for the rooftop penthouse apartments plus the architectural entrance portal frames, gateway & car park entrance steelworks, in this luxury development in Bradford Yorkshire.
